The Phobic Trust Mood Diary App allows users to track, control and monitor their mood and anxiety on a daily basis.

This app is FREE and 100% NZ focused.

The app allows user to:

- view a personal timeline of your mental Health over time
- use a quick add menu to record mood, anxiety and stress levels, medication adherence, notes, triggers, exercise time, sleep quality, symptoms,
- take notes or take a photo of your triggers to assist with your treatment
- keep track of how much sleep you are getting and the quality of that sleep
- chart your mood, anxiety and KPI’s over time to track patterns
- take a test designed by the Phobic Trust to ascertain your mental health and whether you should seek assistance
- record a Symptoms Diary to record, track and manage your mental health
- set automatic reminders to take their medication
- set automatic reminders to take undertake physical exercise
- set automatic reminders to take undertake cognitive behavioral exercises
- set automatic reminders to take know when to expect their next mensus
- set reminders to take other New Zealand available medication
- set automatic reminders for your a clinician appointment
- setup contact numbers for their doctor, clinician or support person to call or SMS when you need to seek assistance
- the ability to share your mood chart and report with your doctor or support person
